How it Works?
The way it works is, you Register on our site providing
your profile information (login email, password, shipping & billing address, credit card info etc along with
your choice of one of our regular plans described below) and browse our collection and click rent button next
to the movies you want to watch to them to your rental queue. Adjust the order of the movies in your queue with
the movies you want most at the top. That’s is all, and we start shipping the movies to you automatically,
and you can keep checking the status of the movies we ship also on the site.
Once you receive them in the mail, view them at your leisure. Once you are done with them,
place them in the postage paid return mailer. We'll ship out your next selections as soon as they arrive.
There are no late fees and no due dates, and shipping is free both ways.
What is Shipping Period
We use USPS first class mail to deliver the DVDs. USPS standard delivery expectation for first class mail is 1-3 business
days to anywhere within the USA. However mails to or from some rural areas and places far from a processing facility
may take 1 or 2 extra days.Also, like it can be the case with any other mail, at times some customers may see our mail
taking unusually longer or even never showing up. While we may not be able to completely prevent any
miss-routing/miss-handling/delivering to wrong address on USPS part that cause this, there are things you
can do to eliminate some of the possibilities, like making sure the address you provided is complete and accurate,
inserting the DVDs in their protective sleeves/cases, and properly sealing the return envelopes with address clearly
and legibly showing, before mailing. In any case, whenever our mail doesn’t show up within usual time, we encourage
you to notify us promptly, and also complain the same with your local post office, to make sure they take special
care for this to not repeat.
Do you have unlimited DVD Rental?
Yes we have 3 different Plans with Unlimited DVD Rental.
Our Most Popular Unlimited Plan is only $13.99 a month.
You can rent all the movies you want with up to 2 DVDs out at a time. In this plan we ask that you watch and
send both the movies back together in the provided envelope to receive the next couple of movies from your queue.
Our 18.99 Plan allows up to 3 DVDs out at a time, and with this
Plan we send 3 movies the first time, you can keep one movie at
home to watch, while you send the other two to get a replacement, and so on. Our 24.99 Plan allows up to
4 DVDs out at a time, and we ship them as 2 sets, with 2 movies in each. You have the ultimate freedom with this Plan ,
as you can watch and return any two at a time, and keep the other two until the first set’s replacements comes back,
maintaining a continuous supply of a minimum of two movies to watch at home all the time. In addition, for those not
having time to regularly watch movies, we offer two low budget limited rental Plans
– For $4.99 a month you can rent 2 movies, Or, for $8.99 a month, you can rent up to 4 movies.
How Come I Sometimes Don’t Get the Movies in the Order I listed them?
Please note that, we usually try our best to always ship the movies at the top of your queue first.
However, depending on supply/demand variations, that’s not always possible, and so we may have to ship
the movies that are further down in the list.
Is there a Late Fee
At www.indianmotionpicture.com, there is no such thing as a late fee. Keep the Movie as long as yo want.
What do I do if my DVD is unplayable?
Please Return the DVD, we will ship another DVD for FREE.
What if I lose the DVD or DVD Return Envolope?
If you lost/damaged just the DVD return envelope, you can always send us the DVD secured in a protective sleeve/case
and placed in another postage paid Envelope addressed to Holly2Bolly, 409 Waterview Dr, Coppell, TX 75019
(Please Mention your Member/Profile Id at the top of the envelope). Otherwise, please notify us the situation,
and we will suggest the alternatives to send it back.
For lost/damaged DVD's, your credit card will automatically be charged the MSRP value of the DVDs + tax.

Can I stop the service for any reason
You can cancel and renew (with out additonal Charges) online. Use MyAccount Link. There are no cancellation fees.
The only thing we ask is for you to return our movies first. It is your responsibility to make sure all the
outstanding DVDs are received back by us within 15 days from the day of your cancellation. Otherwise,
your credit card will automatically be charged the MSRP value of the DVDs + tax. To protect you from such
charges, we strongly recommend you to purchase a proof of mailing or a delivery confirmation special service
from USPS when returning the last set of DVDs you have out at the time of cancellation.
In general we will not provide any refunds for the unused portion of the month at the time of cancellation,
except when cancelling within 15 days of first-time signup. Also, as we don’t have long term contracts,
you can anytime ask for an upgrade or downgrade of your current plan enrollment. If we are able to
accommodate such requests in the middle of month we will adjust the monthly premiums accordingly.
Otherwise, we will do so for the next month onwards.
Can I be assured that my credit card info is safe?
Absolutely, www.indianmotionpicture.com uses SSL (secured socket layers) and high encryption
when any sensitive information is sent.
